Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment.
Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or other approved payment methods.
Any applicable transaction charges shall be borne by the customer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: 75% refund of the package cost.
Cancellation 4 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
Cancellation 2 to 3 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure or No Show: No Refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Any non-refundable booking charges or third-party service charges will be deducted as applicable.
